The Development Toolkit is an online tool available to all staff. It contains more than 3,000 resources including top tips, key guides and self-assessments on a range of topics such as leadership, personal skills and wellbeing.

We know the first few weeks of September can be difficult, we have created some tips for getting back into work after the summer and preparing for the year ahead, including planning, motivational and wellbeing resources.
There are ten e-learning modules available.
Management take approx. 45 minutes each to complete.
Sign in using your University username and password you will find a menu option named 'Quick Start Guide' that provides you with the guidance to navigate the toolkit resources.
